Shipping & Returns

• We ship our products anywhere in the continental U.S.
• All non-worm orders are shipped within 48 hours. Worm shipments are shipped out at the beginning of the week after they are received, to minimize the chances that they get stuck in transit over the weekend. Orders for worms must be received by 4:30 PM (ET) on Fridays to be included in a week’s order.
• All of our non-living products can be returned without question as long as:
1. The product is still fully packaged in original packaging
2. You contact us about your issue prior to sending back your goods
• We do not take returns for live red wigglers.
